Refund and Cancellation Policy

The full written report for one assessment, priced at ₹49 inclusive of taxes. It is a one-time payment; there is no subscription and nothing renews.

The report unlocks on your results page as soon as payment succeeds, usually within seconds. A link and a PDF copy are also sent to your verified WhatsApp number. Nothing is shipped physically.

You can abandon the payment at any point before it completes and nothing is charged. Once the report has unlocked it has been delivered, so the order cannot be cancelled.

• Payment succeeded but the report did not unlock or reach you within 24 hours.
• You were charged more than once for the same assessment.
• A technical fault on our side meant the report could not be produced.

Because the report is a screening opinion, we do not refund on the basis of disagreeing with its content. If you think something in it is wrong or unsafe, tell us; a dermatologist reviews flagged reports.

Email harsh@greenwolftechlabs.com within 7 days of payment with the WhatsApp number you used and, if you have it, the order id (it starts with "skin_"). We reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days through Cashfree. Failed or abandoned payments that were debited are reversed automatically by your bank, typically within 5 to 7 working days; if not, contact us with the transaction reference.
